Seri MCU CMS80F261x ditingkatkan 1T 8051 Flash MCU, yang mendukung operasi periferal 48MHz paling cepat, operasi inti 24MHz, tegangan kerja 2.1V-5.5V, hingga 46 GPIO, 2 komparator analog bawaan, 2 penguat operasional, Menyediakan Output PWM komplementer 6 saluran dengan kontrol zona mati, hingga 23 saluran ADC 12-bit, 4 UART, 1 SPI, 1 I2C.Desain standar industri, dapat bekerja pada -40 ℃ hingga 105 ℃, dan menyediakan paket SOP28, LQFP32, LQFP44 dan LQFP48.
