When customers provide production materials to PCBA factory, they should prepare the following production materials list:

1. PCB Gerber file (a layered file that defines each layer of circuits, printed boards, screen printing, etc., used to make PCB bare boards)

2. BOM (Bill of Materials, that is, a list of electronic components, including component model, brand, description, tag number, and usage information)

3. MCU program (usually a chip program burned into the MCU, an encrypted file in hexadecimal or bin format, used to drive a PCBA logic operation and bypass control)

4. Test files (define test point distribution, test steps and common troubleshooting methods for functional testing)

5. Host computer software (generally refers to the software installed on the computer to start the detection of the PCBA function)

6. SMT coordinate file (exported from PCB design software to define the coordinate position of each component on the PCB, which is convenient for SMT SMT placement machine to read and execute)

Other design documents (such as CAD drawings that define the effect of welding, PCB schematics, special engineering process requirements, etc.)
