In the process of PCBA processing, especially SMT patch and plug-in post soldering, it has to go through a lot of processes, including SMT single and double-sided solder paste printing and soldering, and wave soldering furnace. Each of these stages requires a lot of processes and equipment, and at the same time it will be subject to varying degrees of pollution, which is unavoidable. Therefore, these deposits or impurities will accumulate on the surface of the PCB circuit board when the PCB circuit board is manufactured. Seriously, it will reduce product performance or even product failure. For example, the solder paste and flux in the placement process may contain organic acids and ions after soldering. Among them, organic acid will corrode the circuit board (circuit board) PCBA, and the presence of electric ions may cause a short circuit, causing product failure or scrapping of the entire batch of products.
